Appointments
Call my office for an appointment: 415-665-1136. We will give you a health questionnaire to fill out in advance of the appointment. Initial consultations require between 60 to 120 minutes. I try to adhere to my schedule; we appreciate your understanding when an unexpected delay occurs. If you cannot keep an appointment, please inform us as soon as possible. This courtesy will allow us to give that time to another patient.
Our fees are comparable to those charged by other specialists. We ask patients to pay for office services the same day. Our office does not bill insurance. We provide an itemized statement that you can attach to an insurance claim form and submit to your insurance company, which sends reimbursements directly to you.
